About the Event
Participants with legislative branch, digital service delivery, and data and evidence-based policy expertise are invited to join this Inter-Branch Exchange working session.
With a focus on post-disaster assistance programs, the goal of the session is to identify opportunities for standardizing data, streamlining processes, and improving technical implementation, program evaluation, and oversight.
This is the third in a series of events to foster collaboration and help build relationships across the usual silos.
This event is hosted by Georgetown’s Massive Data Institute and POPVOX Foundation in partnership with the New Practice Lab at New America, and sponsored by Robert Wood Johnson Foundation’s Healthy Communities Initiative. Learn more.
A reception will follow at 4 PM at Georgetown Tech & Society (500 First Street NW, Washington, DC). Limited travel assistance is available for those participating from outside of the DC region.
About the Inter-Branch Exchange
The Inter-Branch Exchange facilitates dialogue between the legislative and executive branches, allowing policy implementers to share on-ground challenges with decision-makers. This promotes effective policy-making and robust interbranch collaborations.
