POPVOX Foundation Adds Bi-Weekly Case Notes Blog to Casework Navigator Features

Today, POPVOX Foundation’s Casework Navigator team announced a new feature of the program: the Case Notes blog! Look out for new posts focusing on casework topics and case studies every other week.

The blog kicked off with two posts:

A retrospective tapping into Katherine Long’s experience handling casework through the 2008 financial crisis and its aftermath, and what caseworkers can expect in periods of economic downturn.
